Details to confirm before accepting a quotation
- EC method — confirm the extraction ratio, test method, target, and accepted tolerance.
- Product preparation — washed, buffered, screened, dried, natural, or another agreed process.
- Packing and label — naked block, wrap, sack, bale, pallet, carton, buyer marks, or private label.
- Commercial basis — quantity, destination port, Incoterm, payment terms, lead time, and quotation validity.
- Evidence and documents — product specification sheet, agreed batch tests, MSDS support, packing list, invoice, and loading records where applicable.
Why the final price can move
Washed low-EC material needs more processing than natural high-EC material. Small retail formats, custom labels, pallets, special testing, and lower-volume production can also increase the unit cost. Freight and destination requirements are checked separately when the buyer requests CIF.
Price the exact requirement
Send the product format, target EC, quantity, packing, destination port, and preferred FOB, EXW, or CIF basis. The response can then separate product cost, packing, and route-related charges clearly.
